Submit your paper to Autophagy

Autophagy utilizes an online submission and tracking system designed to provide efficient service to authors. Through the online system, author files are automatically converted to PDFs, submissions are acknowledged by email, and authors can track their manuscript through the stages of the peer review process.

Autophagy Suite

In the recently published 'Artophagosome' piece by Dr. Dan Klionsky and Dr. Nobuo Munakata, "Autophagy suite: Atg9 cycling in the cytoplasm to vacuole targeting pathway", the authors put several autophagy proteins into musical notes.

Autophagy Forum

In August, 2008, Autophagy launched a 'Reagent Forum' - in a blog format - which you may read about here.

Recently, we expanded the forum to allow for the posting of questions (pertaining to autophagy) by researchers or to allow PIs to post open positions.
